Chintan Sutaria
CEO
Chintan Sutaria is a USC Alumni, class of 2008, with a B.S. degree in Business Administration. Upon graduating, Chintan returned to his hometown of Irving, TX to begin working for Deloitte Consulting, LLP.
In addition to his work with SARSA, Chintan frequently visits Jalila, Gujarat, a small village in India, where he assists in developing the village and primary school.
Ashwin Appiah
President
Ashwin Appiah is currently a sophomore at USC. As an 8th grader he moved to India which gave him good exposure of what is lacking in our Home Country. Other than SARSA, Ashwin is involved with the University Student Government and the Business School Student Government. In his free time he likes to watch indie movies and play sports
Aadhar Dhamecha
Vice President of Finance
Aadhar Dhamecha was born on July 23, 1988 and attended the California Academy of Math and Science (high school). He is currently a biochemistry major at the University of Southern California at the USC College of Letters, Arts, and Sciences with a pre-medicine focus. Aadhar volunteers weekly at a local area
hospital aiding hospital staff in their patient care duties.
Trisha Saini
Vice President of Operations
Trisha Saini is currently a sophomore at the University of Southern California, majoring in Business Administration. She was born in Mountain View, California but moved to Mumbai, India in 1999. She gained a lot of leadership experience throughout high school with positions such as NHS President. She also worked with organizations such as Southern California Indo-Americans as a freshman representative and the Undergraduate Student Government as the head of promotions for the student body elections. Since she has personally experienced just how much aid the rural children in South Asia truly need, SARSA’s cause is very important to her.
Roshan Patel
Vice President of Communication
Roshan was born in Anaheim, California. He moved to Claremont, California when he was 3 years old and still resides there. He was part of the 2005 graduating class at the Webb School of California located in Claremont. After being accepted as a Spring Semester admit to the University of Southern California, Roshan went to Pasadena City College for the Fall semester. Right now he is majoring in Biology and a Minor in Business Entrepreneurship and is looking to become a dentist and open up his own Dental Clinic in Southern California.
Ashy Sidhu
Director of Administration
Ashy Sidhu is a student of the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. She was born in Toronto, Canada and moved to California when she was 18 years old. She completed her lower division classes at Los Angeles Pierce College and transferred to USC in Fall 2007. Ashy is an active member of the Future Women CEO Network and the Entrepreneurial Club as well.
Tulsi Mehta
Director of Special Events
Tulsi Mehta grew up in Las Vegas, Nevada and is now pursuing a degree in Neuroscience at USC. In high school, she was involved in many extracurricular activities and was honored with the Coach's award in both sports for her leadership on and off the court. After graduating, she attended the University of Nevada Las Vegas for two years before transferring to USC. At USC, she is an active member of the clubs Hindu Student Organization and Southern California Indo- Americans. She is also a Junior Executive in the club South Asian Rural Student Aid, and holds the position of Senator Aid in the USC undergraduate student government.
Filisha Kapadia

Filisha Kapadia is a Communication major with an emphasis in the entertainment industry at the Annenberg School for Communication. In addition to being junior executive for SARSA, she's co-captain of the USC Hindi film dance team, Anjaane
and works at USC program board.

Riddhi Jain
Director of Accounting
Riddhi was born in Syracuse, New York and moved to Bangalore, India when she was seven. She finished most of her schooling in Bangalore and came to USC to continue her education. She is majoring in Biomedical Engineering (premed). While in Bangalore she was involved with different organizations that supported underprivileged and physically challenged individuals. She learned many life skills through her experience with these organizations. SARSA is her means to continue to be involved with the community.
